BlackMagic’s "Bad Intentions" is a standout track from their 2020 album Blackmagic Version 3.0 (Starving Artist). The fifth track on the project, it showcases the artist’s signature gritty flow and unfiltered lyricism, delivering a raw and intense performance without the need for producer credits. This album, a bold statement in the underground rap scene, captures BlackMagic’s evolution as a creator, blending sharp wordplay with a no-nonsense attitude that resonates with fans of authentic hip-hop.

The track’s title alone hints at the confrontational energy it carries, reinforcing the album’s theme of resilience and defiance. Without the usual polish of mainstream production, "Bad Intentions" thrives on its authenticity, making it a compelling listen for those who appreciate raw talent over polished perfection. The album’s title, Blackmagic Version 3.0, suggests a deliberate upgrade—one that solidifies BlackMagic’s place in the Starving Artist collective, a group known for pushing boundaries in underground rap.

For listeners drawn to unfiltered, high-energy hip-hop, "Bad Intentions" is a must-try. Its direct approach and unapologetic delivery make it a standout moment in BlackMagic’s discography, proving that sometimes the most powerful tracks come from those who refuse to compromise their vision. The album as a whole remains a testament to the artist’s growth, offering a mix of aggression and introspection that keeps fans engaged.
